FAQ Need to renew your book? 1. Click on the link of your base library to the left. 2. You will need your User ID (usually the barcode on the back of your library card) and your PIN number (given to you when you got your library card the first time.) 3. If you don't have this information you will need to call your base library. Want to suggest a book to add to the collection? You may suggest any base library add a book to the collection. Each individual base library will handle the request differently. Please see the circulation desk attendant at the base library, or contact them by phone, to suggest a book to be added to the collection. What is my login ID? Your login ID is the barcode on the back of your library card. If you do not have your library card for any reason, please visit the library to replace it. In the meantime, if you need to renew a book or put something on hold, please contact your local base library. How do I get/reestablish my online Rosetta Stone account? (Note: Online Rosetta Stone accounts are for active duty military only.) In order to get an online Rosetta Stone account you must contact your local base library director. The director will have you fill out a form and get your account activated. If you are deployed, please contact your local Learning Resource Center (LRC).
