WHAT
This is an Air Force Headquarters managed program to acquire mission essential published material for offices or units using centrally appropriated funds (CAPF). The base library has been tasked IAW AFI 34-270 4.8.1 as the base point of contact to manage this program for Offutt AFB and other Air Force funded units in the area.

WHY
This program takes advantage of bulk ordering and library-specific discounts to save money for USAF. Using central APFs frees unit funds for other purposes.

1. Log on to Air Force Portal
2. Open the Bases-Orgs-Functional Areas tab on the top bar, and click Functional Areas A-Z Listing
