The program is accessible via the Internet and will be available to USAF Active Duty, Air National Guard, Reservists, Retirees and their respective family members. AF Civilian employees and contractors who are eligible to use a USAF library are also eligible. All users MUST REGISTER IN PERSON at the base library and can then use it anywhere, anytime.

The Air Combat Command's service contract with Rosetta Stone ended on 31 August 2011. You can not access Rosetta Stone's online language learning site after that date. However, you still can check out Rosetta Stone learning material from the base library for offline study.
